You’ll be kept up to speed by a call, text or email so be sure we’ll be helping you to find the right property. So, let us know your requirements, your budget, the location, the facilities you need to be near to, how much space you need, whether you’d like some garden and parking, we’ll do our best to find exactly what you’re looking for. Once you’ve chosen a property, we’ll deal with all the paperwork and have you moving in as soon as we can. We’ll be on hand throughout your tenancy to help with any queries you may have.
Ok, so you’ve found the right property for you – what happens next ?
Fill in your application form, bring it to the office together with photographic ID for each person over the age of 18 (passport OR identity card OR driving licence & birth certificate) and proof of address, this can be in the form of a utility bill, bank statement, mobile phone statement, but it must be no more than 3 months old. Once we have all of your paperwork in, we’ll start the referencing process – this usually takes no more than 3 working days – then we prepare your Tenancy Agreement ready for signature. You’ll be kept up to speed throughout the process so that you can make the necessary plans towards your move.
On the day of check in, we will meet you at the property at a pre-arranged time – it’s wise to set aside 30 minutes or so as there’ll be information that you need to know about the property, meters, instructions, etc. You’ll also receive an email with an access link to your documents online so that you can view them at any time
The Inventory will need to be signed and returned to us within 7 days – make sure you spend some time going through the Inventory and feel free to add any comments that you think are relevant.

Any person over the age of 18 MUST be listed on the Tenancy Agreement and referenced.
£220 per Tenant inclusive of VAT. This fee covers referencing, a credit check, Right to rent check, a contribution towards the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement and Inventory, check in and check out appointments. There are no further fees to pay throughout your Tenancy
£95 per Guarantor inclusive of VAT
Fees are payable on application and are non-refundable
Deposit – Equivalent to One months rent plus £150. E.g If the rent is £750pcm your deposit will be £900.00. Your deposit is lodged with The Deposit Protection Service.
